Founded in 1964, Langston & Lott, has fifty years of experience in successfully litigating on behalf of its clients. Located in Booneville, Mississippi. Langston & Lott recently opened a new location in Tupelo. The firm operates globally, and has earned an international reputation as a firm that works successfully and tirelessly to win victories, often against very unfavorable odds.

The firm’s senior partner, Duncan Lott, began practicing law with Joe Ray immediately after passing the Mississippi Bar in 1977. Duncan’s son and Joe Ray’s grandson, Casey Lott, joined his father’s law practice after passing the Mississippi Bar in 2005. Thomas Cooley, Dustin Colt Childers and Terrence Hunter, of the Mississippi Bar, are also attorneys with the firm. Today, Joe Ray’s legacy still thrives. With a focus on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and mass tort litigation, Langston & Lott, PLLC enjoys a well-earned reputation as one of the state’s most successful litigation firms.
