My grandfather went to law school at night while working at an insurance agency; during the day. He did not have any connection to Booneville, Mississippi. My grandmother and I were from Laurel, Ellisville, and South Mississippi. My grandfather joked he ran out of gas on his way to Corinth because he did not have any connection to Booneville. After graduating from law school, he came to Booneville and opened up his private practice in 1964, and we have been here ever since. They had three children, my mother, Cindy, and her brothers Joey and Shane. All of who were lawyers. I practice her with my dad Duncan Lott. I grew up around this and probably die doing this.
Here at Langston Lott Law Firm, our primary focus is on Catastrophic Personal Injury cases. We handle a lot of burn litigation and a lot of trucking litigation. We also handle pharmaceutical cases involving defective drugs or medical device cases for medical devices that have been recalled, such as a hip implant. So that is our primary focus here at Langston Lott. We are so confident that you will be happy with our services that we offer a 100% client satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with how we handle your case within the first 30 days, we will return your file at no cost, no questions asked.
